What this tool does

It encodes UTF-8 text or a URL into a QR code for scanning on another device.

How to use it

  1. Enter the text or URL.
  2. Choose an output size and generate the code.
  3. Test the preview, then download PNG or SVG.

QR output details

Output uses error-correction level M and a four-module quiet zone. PNG is raster output; SVG remains sharp when resized.

Limits and privacy

Input is limited to 2 KiB. Always test the downloaded code; AppBoya does not check whether an encoded URL is safe or reachable.
