How AppBoya handles tool data

Tools designed to run in your browser process input locally. AppBoya does not receive or store that input or the result. A feature that requires a server request sends only the information needed to provide its result and states that processing on its page.

Google Analytics

AppBoya uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure page views. Outside the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, GA4 uses first-party Analytics cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Within the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, Analytics cookie storage is denied, but Google may still receive cookieless measurement requests. Google may receive the page title, the page URL and referrer without query strings or fragments, an IP address, and similar technical information. AppBoya does not send tool input or results to GA4.
